WHAT IS AN ‘OPEN LETTER’?

An ‘open letter’ is a letter written to a specific individual, but intended to be brought to public attention. When signatories have been confirmed, Pragmora will send the Open Letter to the DR Congo’s Attorney General and to those cc’d on the letter, and also make it publicly available.
