TAKE ACTION — SPAIN, PORTUGAL, GREECE

It is expected that on Monday (Dec 12), the European Union will make a decision regarding targeted personal sanctions against President Joseph Kabila and those around him. The threat of targeted sanctions is intended to add pressure for President Kabila to leave office on December 19 when his second and final term ends. Sanctions are intended to change Kabila’s stay-go calculation.
